Georgia with The Williams Award Medal
On Sunday 12th September many of us attended Reverend Canon Richard Williams' last service at St James' Church. As we said goodbye to Richard and his wife Alex, a new award was announced at the service as a thank you for their work within our community.
As Alex started the youth choir, The Williams Award will be presented to the youth choir chorister who demonstrates the most enthusiasm and makes the most progress in a year.
The very first winner of this award was Alveston's Georgia. A Year 4 pupil, we are super proud to see Georgia not only giving her all in school but also to the church choir. Well done Georgia!
