Road Safety
This week, Year 4 completed their Road Safety Training in partnership with Warwickshire Safe and Active Schools. The children discussed the safest time to cross the road considering how we cannot judge the speed of vehicles, the conditions of the road and the layout of the road. We also discussed the fact it is becoming much harder to hear cars coming as electric and modern cars are often very quiet. Year 4 then took advantage of the beautiful weather and performed role-plays outside to help us remember the safe way to cross a road and how we should behave near a road.
