Change Makers Healthy Lifestyles Workshop – Fussy eating support

Fussy Eater Workshop - July 17th

As parents often talk to us of the difficulties they face when their child is a fussy eater, we have arranged for Mia Mould from Change Makers to deliver a workshop to support parents with children who display fussy eating behaviours. The workshop will cover the Eatwell Guide, top tips and practical advice on reducing fussy eating behaviours.

The workshop will be 45 minutes and will be held at Alveston C of E Primary School on Monday 17th July at 9am till 9:45am. The workshop is free to access. If you would like to join, please contact Mia Mould on mia.mould@rugby.gov.uk or call or text 07833 046503.

Change Makers Healthy Lifestyles Workshop - Autumn Term Club

In the autumn term, Mia will also be running weekly workshops to support children and families to promote healthy eating and lifestyles. We know our families promote these topics at home, however often children respond more positively (or believe it more!) when they are shared by a third party.

All children are welcome to attend this Change Maker club. Children must attend these workshops with an adult parent or carer. More information will follow and in addition, Mia will lead a whole school assembly in September. The proposed dates are below, showing the topics to be covered. Please let our admin team know if you would like to attend these by emailing parents3002@welearn365.com with the subject 'Change Maker Workshops'.
