Some Stratford-upon-Avon Junior Park Run facts for you!
- Junior Park Run started in 2019 and has held over 135 events
- They have an average of 60 runners and walkers per week
- They have 30 volunteers each week who keep the participants safe
- All Run directors have a current DBS
- All Event Directors undertake regular safe-guarding courses.
- Children can run on their own, or with their parents/carers and siblings
- We don't allow dogs on the course and spectators' dogs must be on leads
- We welcome parents to run, volunteer or spectate
- Runners earn free wristbands after 11, 21, 50 and 100 runs
- All children need to be registered (for free) and bring a paper copy of their barcode or a picture of it on a mobile phone: https://www.parkrun.org.uk/register/
