You will:
-Learn Self Defence
-Build fitness & confidence
-Make new friends
-Stay active during the holidays
-Learn new skills
After completing the six weeks training, each student will achieve a S.C.C Level 1 in Self Defence. This will also provide a foundation, so students are ready for their first grading moving into the Autumn classes.
