Free Fun at Junior Park Run!
Stratford-upon-Avon Rec junior parkrun is a fun, free, weekly, timed 2k running event for children 4-14. We are keen to expand its reach and to welcome children of all abilities to come along with their families to our fun event on Sunday mornings.

We run every Sunday at 9.00 am on the Stratford-upon-Avon Recreation Ground.

We run whatever the weather.

We started in 2019 and have held 182 events.

We have an average of 90 runners and walkers per week.

We have about 30 volunteers each week who keep the participants safe.

All our run directors have a current DBS.

In addition, our event directors undertake regular safe-guarding training.

Children can run on their own, or with their parents/carers and siblings.

We don't allow dogs on the course.

We welcome parents to run, volunteer or spectate.

Runners earn free wristbands after 11, 21, 50 and 100 runs.
