Sewerage Improvement Works on Tiddington Road
Good afternoon
I wanted to take this time to introduce myself and to let you know about upcoming work taking place on Tiddington Road
The sewers on Tiddington Road have been serving the local community for decades but have started to deteriorate. We’re going to be investing over £350 thousand to re-line 1.4km of Sewar pipe so they can carry on serving the community for years more to come.
Work will be starting on Monday 16th May and will take approximately eight weeks to complete. We’ll be using a trenchless technique to re-line the sewers and we do this by using manhole covers where possible, this reduces how many excavations are needed and also reduces the time for each section of work. So we can keep our teams and everyone safe we’ll be using traffic lights around our working area, we know how much disruption this can cause and we’ll be doing as much as possible to minimise this through this essential work.
