On Tuesday the Year 5 children enjoyed a terrific trip with a Tudor twist! Visiting Mary Arden's Farm as part of the class history topic, the children were able to experience life as a Tudor to enhance their understanding of how Tudors lived.
The children were transformed into Tudor children in traditional costume, made Tudor sugar subtilties, lavender pomanders, learned to build with wattle and daub and tended the Tudor farm. The trip was enjoyed by all!
